I made one myself, so I’m posting both here so people can choose the one they prefer, although Becky’s is definitely prettier than mine:

To use it, you simply go to one of the two links and there you’ll find direct links that automatically create your new icon for Twitter and Facebook:

To create your icon for use in other sites, i.e. Tumblr or Instagram, scroll down that same page and click on “Download the twibbon”:

Click on “change image” to select the icon you want to use, then “Add twibbon and download” 🙂
